Two-factor enforcement for admins

Lumin admins can now disable/clear two-factor credentials from the user profile to help operators regain access.

  • User profile screen shows 2FA status and confirmation timestamp.
  • New log view inside the admin panel to audit incidents.
  • Cookie consent event now powers third-party tools only after opt-in.
