Credits that have already been consumed (used for requests or services) are not refundable under any circumstance.
Unused credits may be refundable after a 14-day review period. Refunds are evaluated based on the original transaction details (transaction ID, payment method, amount, and timestamp) and may include deductions for non-recoverable gateway fees. Special circumstances may apply at our discretion.
To process a refund, we verify the transaction ID, payment channel, date/time of purchase, and confirm that the credits remain unused. Approved refunds are issued after the 14-day review window.
Active subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; any used portion is non-refundable.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Our billing department typically resolves disputes within 3–5 business days.
